Living in the Moment and Making a Difference

Jeff’s lifestyle can be characterized in the way he has chosen to live his life and the way he has formed relationships and attachments to people and experiences. A big believer in “paying it forward”, Jeff’s coaching style is to appreciate greatness in all and to help people chase their dreams and overcome the setbacks that are bound to happen along the way.

In 2010, Jeff was diagnosed with malignant melanoma.  Although the cancer is now in remission, there can be no more sobering news in a person’s life than hearing you have cancer.

“You learn an awful lot. You don’t take anything for granted, any person for granted, any interaction.  It helps you live in the moment”.
