Komal Minhas is the creator of kaur. space, a digital magazine, cowork space, and live events series focused on work, wellness, and impact. After surviving cancer and a neurological illness during a key point in her career, Komal realized that integration of wellness into everyday life and work is critical for our overall success as individuals, teams, and societies.

In 2016, Komal produced the feature documentary Dream, Girl, which tells the stories of ambitious and inspiring female entrepreneurs. The film screened for tens of thousands worldwide after premiering at the Obama White House. Through her work building the Dream, Girl movement, Komal was chosen for Oprah’s #SuperSoul100, a group featuring extraordinary individuals who live life intentionally.

Komal combines her Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University and graduate studies in Social Innovation from Waterloo University to tell meaningful stories in innovative ways.

Komal is the producer of Dream, Girl, a feature documentary that tells the stories of ambitious female entrepreneurs. The film premiered at the Obama White House as part of the United State of Women Summit, and has been screened more than 300 times globally.

Dream, Girl has facilitated conversations about gender and workplace equality at NASA, Time, Google, Starbucks, Target, Chase, Goldman Sachs, Mailchimp and Twitter.

In 2016, Komal was named one of Oprah’s Super Soul 100, a list featuring extraordinary individuals who live life intentionally.

Komal has previously spoken at the White House, Cannes Film Festival, Harvard University, Vayner Media, Ann Inc., TiE New York, the Jeanne Sauve Foundation, HP, WeWork, and more.
